The Board is developing a Skills Plan to identify where the gaps are and to influence partners to work together on these. They are particularly focussing on the development of Sector based employer/provider partnerships focusing on all aspects of workforce development from supporting the  engagement and recruitment of people from the most disadvantaged backgrounds into employment, linking with Train to Gain to support ongoing development within a context of a unified training offer. < back to top
