Board
Board includes representatives of the Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council, City and County FE colleges, the Leicester Shire Economic Partnership (LSEP), Government Office East Midlands, Leicestershire Learning and Skills Council (LSC), Connexions, City and County post –16 schools, the Universities, Employers, Jobcentre Plus, Ufi-learndirect, CVS Community Partnership, Business Link, Private Training providers working with adults and young people.

How does it work?
The Partnership is a voluntary association of organisations. The authority of the Board members gives the mandate for activity to be developed.  The Partnership Manager leads the operational activity working with an Implementation Team made up of representatives from each organisation on the Board.  The Implementation Team manages projects and looks at ways to carry out the activities of the Learning Partnership.
